Who we are

The NHS Nurse's AI Toolkit (“we”, “us”) sells digital PDF guides to NHS nurses. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this site. You can contact us at support@nurseaitoolkit.com.

What we collect

Purchase data: your email address and payment details, processed securely by Stripe to fulfil your order. We never see or store full card numbers.
Essential cookies: a single cookie that records whether you accepted or declined our cookie banner.
Analytics (optional): if you accept cookies we may add privacy-friendly analytics in future to understand which guides are most useful.

Lawful basis

We process purchase data to perform our contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and to comply with legal obligations such as tax record-keeping (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional analytics rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep your data

Order records are retained for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. You can ask us to delete other personal data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email support@nurseaitoolkit.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Sub-processors

We use Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud (hosting and email delivery) and your purchase email is processed by these providers strictly to deliver your order.
